Oh, and Steve McQueen content too. (The Petersen turned down an offer of $30M on this car)
And Snake and Mongoose too.
So, back in May, Oppo member Heliochrome85 and I attended the Pinehurst Concours d'Elegance, in Pinehurst, NC. There isn't much to say, other than I got sunburnt, met Magnus Walker and Leigh Diffey, and had a wonderful time. There are a ton of photos in the Flickr slideshow, and I still think I may have missed a few opportunities that day.
There was also a class dedicated to 911s, and Porsche NA had this fantastic display celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 930.
Of course...new cars were represented as well.
The grounds there are fantastic, and seeing the cars roll in front of the Pinehurst flower sign was very cool.
